About Us

The Hills of Neskowin is a neighborhood of 62 home sites established in 1998.  The Hills of Neskowin Neighborhood Owners Association builds community and maintains the neighborhood common areas and roads.

Design Review Committee (DRC)

The Design Review Committee (DRC) reviews home owners plans for new construction, remodels, or large landscaping projects for adherence with the CC&Rs.
